Need to Return or Exchange Your
Shoes?
It's easy, and it's FREE! We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you
are not happy with your shoes purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or
shoes exchange. Return shipping for shoes is absolutely free. We will provide
you with a pre-paid UPS or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
You can return unworn shoes for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Shoes
must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
110% Price Protection Policy
If you find a shoe for a lower price on another web site or in a shoes store,
we will refund you 110% of the difference between the lower price and our shoes
price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at Zappos.com!
Here's how it works: - The shoes must be currently available in the same style,
size, and color that is on Zappos.com. - If a web site, it cannot be an auction
site. - If a store, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States.
- Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when
calculating the difference.
